Balancing on one ski is one of the fundamentals of PMTS technique. The ability to balance on one foot through each turn yields better edge grip, tighter turns, better speed control, and alternately rests each leg. Balance on one leg requires technique, and the whole body is involved. This video lets you learn all the components of balancing on one ski in a progressive manner.
